How to submit a deletion request

Send an email from the address associated with your XXmachine account to admin@xxmachine.com with the subject “XXmachine Data Deletion Request”.

Information to include

• Your XXmachine account email address
• Your display name
• The connected social account username, where applicable
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data

Data covered by the request

After validating the request, CUTTOKS LTD will delete or anonymise the applicable XXmachine account information, sessions, connected-platform credentials, scheduled-content metadata and stored analytics data, subject to legal, operational and security retention obligations.
